On Saturday I received an email from another family w/ our same orphanage. (There is a yahoo group for families w/ children in the same orphanages.) She said she had a picture taken at her son's birthday celebration and our Jamie is in it!! It was taken on October 10th so very recent!
You can see they shaved his head recently. We learned this is because they believe it is lucky for the child and they do it shortly before the parents come to get them. I guess he is getting his parents sooner than the other kids since he's the only one w/ a buzzed head. ;-) He is growing and losing some of his baby fat!! Not quite as much a baby. Can't believe we'll have him one week from now!! ;-D (By the way, can you believe the flame-throwing tulip candle?!)
